American Industrial provides holistic solutions that include engineering, construction and service for your HVAC needs.

Commercial & Industrial HVAC

For over 30 years, American Industrial has been the go-to-expert for our customers and their HVAC needs.  Our team of project managers and our in-house engineering team provide consultative solutions from the very start of construction.  Our team understands the needs of all parties involved and we strive to develop efficient, innovative approaches that ensure the end customer is satisfied with the result.

At our 30K square foot facility in Greensboro, North Carolina, we are able to fabricate all types of ductwork, fittings and adapters utilizing our coil line, plasma cutter and various other assembly equipment.  Our internal team of fabricators averages over 10 years of experience and focus on delivering high performance product when it is needed on site.  American Industrial is capable of handling metal coils up to 60'' wide and 18 gauge in thickness and routinely produces standard gauge duct, lined duct, equipment supports and plenum panels.  All fabrication meets or excess the standards set by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA).

Piping is essential to the design and efficiency of so many of American Industrial's projects.  Our dedicated team of piping experts are trained in chill water, hot water, steam, refrigerant, condensate, gas and compressed air systems.  With an average tenure of ~15 years, our piping experience is our biggest asset in delivering quality results.

In 1992, American Industrial started our service division to ensure that our customers stayed comfortable after the initial system installation.  Our service team is responsive, knowledgeable and experienced and are focused on keeping our customers comfortable by limiting system downtime.

The primary purpose of the Welder is to weld HVAC pipe and fittings and assist with cutting, fitting, and installation of welded piping systems.  The Welder must be able to do position welds which may require climbing and getting into awkward positions. The Welder may, in some cases, work in a fabrication shop to pre-assemble weld pipe.
